progress being made

If you stopped by and checked us out earlier, you might want to click over again. The syllabus is fairly solid now, I  have 8 weeks ten weeks of lesson plans complete (many have been tweaked since I first posted them), I’ve included some adaptations for younger children, plus I’ve added TONS of useful and fun links in the sidebar.

Check it out!

  1. Looks cool – we might join in on some of the activities, esp the project weeks!

  2. Nice! It makes me miss living near the ocean. We’re pretty landlocked here in the Shenandoah Valley. 🙂

  3. Ooh, lots more good links 🙂

  4. We are going to begin our meandering path through your syllabus on Tuesday. Thank you for the sharing the investment in your children with us. Would it be possible to share data from a different Atlantic coast state with each other?

    • Starting tuesday? Great! You will be way ahead of us as we are not starting until the first week of september. I hope I can get the lesson plans up soon enough for you! As far as sharing data, I am hoping we can all share data here, no matter where we are from. I know Meredith is joining us from Seattle, so we’ll have some pacific coast data as well! Fun!

  5. Theresa, your course here may be just what I need to teach myself some marine biology! I really love this idea of yours; I tweeted a link to the blog, i.e., mentioned it on Twitter.
